Road Freight from China

FTL and LTL planning for domestic pickup and cross-border truck freight to Europe, Southeast Asia and Central Asia, including selected batteries and dangerous goods subject to document, route and carrier acceptance.

We review the information you supply and coordinate factories, warehouses, customs-service parties, carriers, border handoffs and destination partners. Final acceptance, scope and timing depend on the actual cargo, packing, documents, route, capacity and border conditions.

Shipment-specific dispatchCargo and documents first. Route, border and carrier acceptance next.

Where road freight fits

A flexible link for regional and inland cargo.

Road freight can connect Chinese factories, consolidation points, border gateways and inland destinations without relying on a single port or rail terminal. The correct plan depends on shipment size, cargo acceptance, border procedures and the final delivery requirement.

01 / Directness

Factory-to-handoff control

Pickup and main-road coordination can reduce unnecessary transfers for eligible cargo.

02 / Volume

FTL and LTL options

Full-truck and consolidated planning can be assessed against volume, packing and route conditions.

03 / Reach

Cross-border inland access

Useful for selected regional destinations and terminal-to-door connections where road operations are accepted.

Coordinated scope

Plan the road movement around each handoff.

The quotation can cover selected origin, border and destination services. Final scope is confirmed for the actual Incoterm, importer, cargo and route.

01

China pickup

Coordinate collection from the factory or agreed warehouse and confirm cargo-ready information.

02

FTL, LTL and consolidation

Assess load type, packing, palletisation and handling against the route and carrier conditions.

03

Export coordination

Coordinate commercial documents and the export declaration with relevant service parties.

04

Main road and border handoff

Confirm the available carrier, gateway and transfer arrangement for the shipment.

05

Destination coordination

Where agreed and eligible, coordinate local clearance/tax handling and final delivery through destination partners.

Route-region ledger

Three operating regions. One shipment-specific review.

Available gateways, carriers, handoffs and destination scope change by cargo and route. The region is a starting point, not an acceptance promise.

China to EuropeLong-haul truck or multimodal road connections can be considered for eligible commercial cargo, subject to corridor and border conditions.
China to Southeast AsiaCross-border trucking can support selected destinations including Vietnam and other eligible regional markets.
China to Central AsiaRoad planning can connect Chinese origins with eligible inland destinations through available western gateways.

Dangerous goods and documents

Review the cargo before reviewing the route.

Selected batteries, battery-powered products and other dangerous goods can be considered only when the required cargo, packing and transport information is complete.

Our boundary: BAT Logistics reviews customer/factory-supplied information and coordinates the relevant parties. We do not issue or obtain UN38.3, MSDS/SDS or transport test reports, and we do not guarantee carrier, customs or regulatory acceptance.

02 / Review

Check supplied information

We identify missing details and assess whether carrier review is required.

03 / Planning

Confirm load and gateway

Assess FTL/LTL, pickup, border, handoff and destination conditions.

04 / Booking

Confirm scope and quotation

The quotation records the agreed origin, road, border and destination services.

05 / Coordination

Coordinate milestones

After confirmation, we coordinate the agreed operating parties and shipment updates.

What we coordinated

Warehouse receipt, consolidation, export customs declaration, the road movement to Guangxi, border handoff, and the local Vietnam partner handling the agreed import-clearance, tax and final-delivery steps.

Result

The completed shipment reached the customer in Ho Chi Minh City in about 10 working days.

This is one completed shipment, not a guaranteed transit time or acceptance result for future cargo. Future plans depend on the actual cargo, documents, route, capacity and border conditions.

Mode decision

Compare the complete plan, not a headline promise.

Decision factorRoadRailSeaAir
Typical decisionRegional flexibility and inland reach.Scheduled inland corridor planning.Large volume and lower urgency.High urgency or value.
Capacity basisTruck, gateway, carrier and border.Train, platform, container and corridor.Container, vessel and port.Aircraft, pallet and airport.
Final handoffEligible direct or partner delivery.Often terminal plus truck.Port plus inland transport.Airport plus final delivery.

Mode, route and timing should be compared against the same cargo facts and delivery scope. No mode is automatically accepted for every battery or dangerous-goods shipment.

Road freight questions

Answers before you request a route.

Do you arrange both FTL and LTL road freight?

Yes. Full-truck and consolidated options can be reviewed according to cargo volume, packing, handling and the available route.

Which regions can be considered?

We assess eligible road movements from China to Europe, Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Actual availability depends on cargo, gateway, carrier, border and destination conditions.

Can batteries or dangerous goods move by road?

Selected cargo can be reviewed when the required cargo, packing and transport information is complete. Acceptance remains subject to the actual route, carrier and relevant operating parties.

Do you issue UN38.3, MSDS or transport test reports?

No. We review information supplied by the customer or factory and coordinate relevant parties. We do not issue or obtain these documents.

Can destination clearance, tax handling and delivery be included?

Where eligible and agreed, we can coordinate those steps through local destination partners. The quotation must state the actual scope, importer responsibilities and exclusions.

How long does road freight take?

Timing depends on origin, destination, cargo acceptance, booking, border conditions, clearance and the final delivery plan. The 10-working-day figure on this page describes one completed Shenzhen-to-Ho Chi Minh City shipment only.
