Our Service Flow: Shipping Drones from China to the UK
One-stop DDP door-to-door logistics managed in 7 core steps
Quote & SKU Audit
Provide your drone model and battery Wh specification. We will perform a compliance check and issue a transparent, all-inclusive DDP quote (including Duty & VAT) within 4 hours.
EORI & Customs Verification
We verify your UK GB EORI number or assist you in applying for one for free, acting as your indirect customs representative to guarantee total import compliance.
DG Booking & FBA Scheduling
We secure Class 9 Dangerous Goods space with leading airlines or shipping lines. For Amazon sellers, we simultaneously book your FBA inbound appointments (BHX4, MAN, etc.).
Origin Pick-up & Battery Conditioning
Cargo is collected from your supplier and brought to our Shenzhen or Shanghai warehouse. In strict compliance with IATA DGR, drone batteries are pre-conditioned to ≤30% State of Charge (SoC) with photo documentation.
International Transit & Pre-lodgement
Your shipment departs. Utilizing our continuous customs guarantee, we complete the customs pre-lodgement via the UK CDS system 48 hours before the vessel or aircraft lands.
UK Customs Clearance & Haulage
Our licensed UK partner agent clears the cargo and settles duties/VAT instantly. We then dispatch our self-managed truck fleet from Felixstowe or London Gateway straight to your facility.
Final Delivery & Release Notes
Upon seamless door-to-door delivery, we hand over the official Proof of Delivery (POD) alongside your official HMRC Customs Release Note for your tax accounting.
